The Department's Main Office is in Nicola Residence.
Summer Office hours are:
April 25 - May 9
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Monday - Friday
May 10 - August 18
Open 24 hours
Regular Office hours are:
8:30am to 8:00pm - Monday through Friday
10:00am - 2:00pm - Saturday
Administration requests can be accommodated during daytime office hours (8:30am - 4:00pm) - such as applications, assignments, transfers, cancellations, etc.
Services provided during daytime office hours up to 8:00pm and Saturday are:
- receive housing and meal plan fee payments
- pick up parcels (with parcel slip and ID)
- pick up and drop off forms and applications
- borrow keys for lock outs
- provide general information on housing and meal plan.
